This is the Ultimate all-inclusive Tanzanian trip for anyone who has a Bucket list. Your Ultimate Adventure touches every sphere of experience in Tanzania ranging from a breathtaking safari, to summiting Mount Kilimanjaro and experiencing the beach getaway of exotic Zanzibar. This package includes a 5 day Safari in the Northern Circuit where you will visit Tarangire National Park - famous for its big concentration of elephants, the Ngorongoro Crater - a UNESCO Heritage site and the largest unbroken Caldera in the world and of course to the Serengeti National Park – The Number 1 Safari destination in the world famous for its Big 5 and The Great Wildebeest Migration, the “greatest wildlife show on Earth”. Then you continue to one of the most amazing challenges and accomplishments you can experience - 7 days to summit the Highest Free-standing Mountain on Earth - Mount Kilimanjaro, through the Machame route. Our Ultimate Adventure ends in the magnificent Zanzibar Island where you will have the opportunity to relax on the splendid white sand beaches watching the sunset over the Indian Ocean.


DAY 1: Arrive from Kilimanjaro

Karibu and Welcome to Tanzania. We hope you are as excited to begin your Adventure as we are to having you.  Your ANDA representative will be waiting for you with a sign at the airport with the flight details you have provided. You will be given a short trip briefing so you know what to expect on our way to your accommodation of choice.

We will set an agreed upon time in the morning for the beginning of your ANDA Adventure.  Your Adventure will always begin with a briefing about your trip, some general tips and recommendation by your knowledgeable and professional ANDA guide. We leave your hotel early in the morning and we will take you to Nakumatt, the local grocery store, where you will get a chance to buy any other items you would like to bring on your journey. While everything is included, any additional items like snacks, sunblock can be bought before we begin. A packed lunch for the day will be provided and enough drinking water for the duration of your trip.

Note – All driving times are approximate as weather and animal movements can greatly affect road and driving conditions. We will be in nature after all.

DAY 2-8: 7 days Kilimanjaro Summit - Machame route

Known as the “Whiskey route”, Machame is by far the most popular route due to the fact that it has a very high success rate of summiting to the top. This picturesque trail curls around the mountain and gives you a variety of different views and beautiful landscapes. We make sure you are prepared with a pre-climb briefing as well as an equipment check by your ANDA guide the day before your trip. You will get to meet your “ANDA Dream Team” which includes your Head Guide, Assistant Guide, Chef and Porters. We’re very excited for you to begin your once in a Lifetime Achievement of getting to the top of the World’s Tallest Free Standing Mountain and the Highest point in Africa!!

After summit, you will drive to Arusha or your dinner and overnight.

DAY 9: Arusha ➡ Tarangire National Park

Tarangire is famously known for its largest concentration of Elephants, Baobab trees and the magnificent scenery. The 6th largest park in Tanzania, Tarangire is an excellent introduction to your safari with over 550 bird species and herds of elephants teaming over its dry river bed for underground streams. Your game drive will last until around 5:00 pm then we continue to your accommodation for dinner and overnight stay.

DAY 10: Mto wa Mbu Cultural Activities

This area gives you a beautiful opportunity to experience a variety of different activities. With another local ANDA guide from the area, you have the option of Canoeing, Biking or Hiking in the Lake Manyara/MtoWa Mbu region. Here you will get the chance to see local villages, learn about rice, corn and banana plantations, the livelihood of the people, visit a market and even have traditional food and local brew. You will learn about a multitude of things and see a different side to Tanzania.

DAY 11: Lake Manyara Game drive Lake Eyas

Lake Manyara is a scenic gem, with a setting that Ernest Hemingway described as “the loveliest I had seen in Africa”.  Manyara offers a virtual microcosm of the Tanzanian safari experience with hundreds of baboons and over 400 bird species in its lush jungle like forest. You will drive to Eyasi area for your dinner and overnight.

DAY 12: Hunting with Hadzabe ➡ Serengeti

We start with an early morning to locate the nomadic Hadzabe society. It’s hard to imagine that a culture still exists that depends on roaming the land for food. They are in constant search of wild fruits, wild meat and roots. If you are physically fit and able, you’ll have an amazing opportunity to run around and go hunting with them for a few hours. You’ll also learn and try your luck with a bow and arrow! After hunting, you will proceed to Serengeti Game drive for your dinner and overnight.

DAY 13: Serengeti National Park

We will go and explore the different areas of this magnificent park, one of the 10 Natural Wonder Travels of the World, with its sprawling savanna, short-grass plains and their granite kopjes. You can never spend too much time seeing the vast grandeur of the Serengeti. Optional extras include a walking safari with an armed ranger and an unforgettable and scenic Hot Air Balloon ($550 pp).

DAY 14: Serengeti Ngorongoro Conservation area

The UNESCO Heritage site of Ngorongoro Crater is actually the largest unbroken caldera in the world and boasts the most diverse group of animals anywhere. About 20kms across, 600 meters deep and 300 sqkms in area, the Ngorongoro Crater is a breathtaking natural wonder and also known as the “cradle of humankind”.

DAY 15: Ngorongoro Crater ➡ Fly to Zanzibar

Make sure that your camera is ready as you descend to the crater floor. Enjoy the splendor of the magnificent views as it’s a great time for wildlife viewing and sunrise photos. Here you have the opportunity to see lions, leopards, cheetahs, Rhinos and a host of other game species. After a wonderful picnic lunch, we ascend the crater and then towards Kilimanjaro Airport for your evening flight to Zanzibar.

DAY 16-19: Zanzibar Island

This day you will go for a stone town tour, and then transfer from stone town to Fumba beach for the rest of your days staying at Zanzibar. There are unlimited activities in Zanzibar such as snorkelling, diving, sun bathing or relax at the beach. You can take a dolphin watching tour, you may swim with hundreds of spinner & bottle nose dolphins playing off Kizimkazi beach in the Indian Ocean, or decide to drive for Jozani forest tour for Red Colobus Monkeys - all these activities you can arrange with the hotel at an additional price.

DAY 20 - Fly back home

This day you will check out your hotel in the Morning to the Zanzibar International Airport for your flight back home, or to Dar depending on the direction you are heading to. Or you can take a boat to Dar before connect with your evening flight at Julius Nyerere International Airport for your International flight home.


On this day, your ANDA African Adventure will come to an end. We will take you to your final destination for your on-going flight and journey.
